Vinfen CT is hiring for positive, committed people to provide direct care service in the Manchester area, as Relief Counselors.
We are seeking compassionate, caring, dynamic staff to provide services to clients living with developmental disabilities. Using motivational interviewing and a strengths based rehabilitative approach Residential Counselors work with clients to help them evaluate their current life circumstances compared to their hopes, dreams and plans for the future. Residential program staff provide direct support around medication administration and management as well as meal preparation and activities of daily living. The goal for many clients living in group home settings is to be able to successfully transition to back to their community and Residential Counselors assist clients in building the skills needed to do so.
We are currently looking for candidates interested in working weekdays 2nd and 3rd shifts as well as weekends. This position is for per-diem work only. Applicants need to have a flexible schedules with open availability.
Pay Rate: $11.25-11.75 per hour
