Recovery Support Specialist I:
The HUB ManchesterThe RSS in this position is responsible for using Motivational Interviewing and interventions to help clients achieve their goals and move toward recovery. They will utilize stage-wise interventions, facilitate psycho-educational rehabilitation groups, provide individual coaching, and support individuals in linking with natural or community supports. The RSS in this position will also facilitate skill teaching and support for self-management, self-advocacy, health, and well-being.The RSS will also assist clients in identifying and combatting negative self-talk and act as a liaison with an individual's treatment team and external providers.
