Modern office setting Food provided Modern office setting Duties -Handle patients, appointments and phone calls.
- Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for patients - Process insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims - Review and analyze dental records to ensure accurate coding and billing - Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations - Collaborate with dental staff to obtain necessary documentation for insurance claims - Provide support to patients regarding insurance inquiries and concerns - Update and maintain patient insurance information in the electronic health records system Qualifications - Previous experience working in a dental or medical office setting - Familiarity with insurance verification processes and procedures - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of duties and qualifications.
