Create and publish daily customers shipping list.
Create and Process Purchase Orders.
Contact outside suppliers and maintain spreadsheet to document those jobs.
Collaborate with Production team to schedule and prioritize pickups and deliveries.
Scan PO's to share file and ensure those jobs have been started.
Serve as backup to other members of the department as needed.
Serve as a member of the Production Team, supporting coworkers and offering ideas for improvement.
Maintain safety and cleanliness of the work area.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Responsible; follows-through on tasks.
Professionalism, ability to maintain confidentiality.
Flexible, willing to take on new tasks as requested.

Education and
Experience:
