Coordinate the flow of various HR activities between in the areas of recruiting, total rewards, LOA, etc.

Provide confidential support and execute tasks associated with the payroll process.
Maintain confidentiality in all matters Process and perform payroll requirements as required Perform duties related to Leave of Absence tracking and reporting Process and generate required HR reporting for campus Facilitate new hire orientation Partner in planning and supporting associate engagement events Builds relationships in the community Plans and supports job fairs and other recruiting activities Builds relationships with all staff and has a strong pulse of the organization Communicate company initiatives in a way that engages all associates regardless of location Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of payroll policies and procedures Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs Excellent customer service, communication, verbal and written skills Must be able to work needed schedule to perform assigned duties Proficient use of personal computer for data entry and research purposes Highly motivated, self-starter and team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple task in a fast-paced environment Education and
Experience:
High School Education or equivalent Experience in a warehouse environment with varying conditions (i.
e.
cool temperatures, concrete floors) Familiarity/experience in a distribution environment Job Type:
