Reports To: Operations Manager
Summary:
Paired up with a Senior Recruiter, the Junior Recruiter will learn the ins-and-outs of running a full desk and build a career with high income potential:
- Identifying, sourcing, and qualifying potential clients and candidates
- Building and maintaining professional relationships
- Identifying new sources for business development
- Recruiting over multiple mediums to secure the highest level of talent for open positions
This is an exciting, fast-paced environment that would be ideal for a goal-oriented, driven individual who has excellent customer service and critical thinking skills. The ideal candidate would have a strong interest in developing and fostering both client and candidate relationships as well as identifying metrics and goals for a successful recruitment cycle.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient in organizational skills and computer skills.
- Enthusiastic with a customer service/sales personality
- Experience with social networking sites and job posting sites preferred.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Some evening hours required.
- Ability to work 40-hour work-week.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
